Dr. Alisha Clark is a workforce development executive, strategist, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience designing innovative workforce solutions that strengthen communities, expand economic opportunity, and meet employer talent needs.

Holding a Ph.D. in Business Management with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation, Dr. Clark has successfully secured and managed millions of dollars in public and private funding while developing workforce programs that connect education, industry, and community organizations. Her expertise includes workforce strategy, economic development, grant administration, partnership cultivation, organizational leadership, and program innovation.

As Founder, Owner, and Chief Executive Officer of AJ Workforce Strategies, Dr. Clark is committed to helping employers build stronger talent pipelines while creating meaningful career pathways for individuals seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce.
